Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Strike Force LLC ("Strike Force", "we", "us") governing your use of the Strike Force iOS and watchOS applications and the website at https://strike-force.app (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store Usage Rules.
  2. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal: Strike Force offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Premium," available as a monthly or annual plan). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your App Store account settings after purchase; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may change with notice as required by law, and continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. Except where required by applicable law or by Apple's policies, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
  3. Use Responsibly: Use Strike Force safely and responsibly. Do not use the app while operating machinery, driving, or in any situation where full attention is required. Ensure you have adequate space and are aware of your surroundings when using the motion tracking features. Misuse may lead to injury or property damage.
  4. Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, punch force and speed measurements are estimates based on Apple Watch sensor data and algorithms, and AI form coaching is automated guidance based on video analysis — it is not medical, safety, or professional training advice. Factors like watch placement, movement type, and hardware limitations can affect results. Do not rely on this data for medical or professional training decisions without consulting qualified experts.
  5. HealthKit Data: If you connect to HealthKit, Strike Force may read profile data (like DOB, height, weight) to improve calculations and write workout data. Your HealthKit data is processed according to Apple's policies and is not shared externally without your explicit consent beyond standard workout saving.
  6. Privacy: Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how it is used and protected.
  7. Acceptable Use: You agree not to use Strike Force for any illegal activity, in any way that violates applicable laws, or to interfere with, disrupt, or abuse the Service, other users, or our systems.
  8. Intellectual Property: The Service, including its software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Strike Force LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
  9. Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Punch force and speed are estimates and are not medical, health, or professional training advice.
  10. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strike Force LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
  11. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
  12. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
  13. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date above; continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
